Conan Doyle Estate Appoved New 'Sherlock Holmes' Novel

Yes, Sherlock's fans it is true! Our favorite detective is heading back to the bookshelves with a brand new Sherlock Holmes mystery. The estate of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle approved a new Sherlock Holmes novel written by author Anthony Horowitz. The yet unknown titled mystery is to be released this September 2011. Horowitz' novel is the first authorized book based on the international popular Baker Street detective ever.



Anthony Horowitz says: “I fell in love with the Sherlock Holmes stories when I was sixteen and I’ve read them many times since. I simply couldn’t resist this opportunity to write a brand new adventure for this iconic figure and my aim is to produce a first rate mystery for a modern audience while remaining absolutely true to the spirit of the original.”



Fan of both Horowitz and Sherlock Holmes consider this new novel a treat and await its release.

The series premiered last night its objective:  Bring down the corrupt Peter Flemming the billionaire CEO of ARK  and real life villain, Chess. In true comic book hero’s form, The Cape has all the elements on a superhero success series and possesses the feel and excitement of Batman.

SEASON OF THE WITCH STARRING NICHOLAS CAGE OPENS IN THEATERS JANUARY 17, 2011! BEING HUMAN PREMIERES ON SYFY THE SAME NIGHT AT 9 PM.

Eva Green plays Morgan on Starz' Camelot. Former vampire leader from the Twilight saga, Jamie Campbell Bower lands role as the teenage Arthur in the upcoming Starz Original series Camelot In addition.  with respect to the original character of Arthur Pendragon, the producers of the series state that although there will lots of sword play and sex in the series, the character of Arthur will not be a beef-up male of dripping testosterone, but that of the boy king  who pulled the sword from the stone. Nevertheless, make no mistake; this is an adult series with room for the dark magic befitting the legend.
