Jessabelle, a Widescreen Online DVD Film Review

It has been a long time since I have watched a horror story so well told from start to finish. However, Jessabelle is not the run of the mill horror tale with half-crazed, half naked, bloodied young women hiding in moldy cobwebbed basements. It is a well portrayed story rich in Southern American mystery, folklore, and voodoo.  Moreover, it is a story of innocence lost, the unforgiven, and the tragic cost of racism.  Jessabelle will scare you and keep you guessing to the very end.

Although, Jessabelle did not do well in the theater, it is a great film to rent from Netflix for a weekend at home.
