Of the six proposed Supernatural spin-off series,
Ghostfacers, Supernatural: The Anime Series, Supernatural: Bloodlines, Samuel
Colt, Wayward Sisters, and The Winchesters, only The Winchesters have been
officially green-lighted for production.
The Winchesters will naturally center on John and Mary
Winchester’s battles with evil and their unbreakable relationship before Sam
and Dean were born. The spinoff is the brain child of former Supernatural stars
Jensen and Danneel Ackles with Jared Padalecki as an executive producer.
As of this writing there is no information about who will
play the young John and Mary Winchester. However, in the original Supernatural
series those roles were played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Samantha Smith. Any suggestions?
