Disney's Adaption of C. S. Lewis' The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian in Teaters In May

Hello Everyone,

Evelyn here,

Last December, and in true Disney tradition, we were introduced to a new film adaptation of C. S Lewis’ book The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, which is the story of four lonely children (the Pevensie) evacuated to the British countryside during the Blitz. Once in Narnia, the children find a wardrobe that leads them to the fantasy world of Narnia, where they meet and befriend a bewitched faun and the majestic lion Aslan. Joining the group, they fight an epic battle against the White Witch and her evil minions.

When the film opened in theaters, it was an instant hit with children and adults alike, and with the use of today’s computer animation, Walt Disney Pictures was able to make the creatures of Narnia appear almost real. In the wake of the first film’s success, Disney is bringing us another film, which is based on the second book in the Chronicles of Narnia series, The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian .
